PAY STRUCTURE FOR ONLINE TEACHERS
As with any job or career, you would want to know what your pay is. This opportunity is no different. Since this is an Independent Contractor Position, the pay is exceptionally determined by you. You can make as much as your time can allow for this contract. Each class maxes out at five hundred students and with your ability to teach multiple grades and subjects, your pay is hindered by your ability to draw students to your classrooms.
Within our FMS vortex platform, you can also gain access to other programs that you can market. Not only you shall be able to access the teaching platform and promote it to family, friends, and advertise, but within the FMS vortex you can have access to the inside programs as well. The decision is up to you. When you become an independent contractor, your earning potential is virtually limitless.
Below you shall see on how the pay structure is setup for the online teachers program
- When the Student enrolls in a class, $.50 is credited to the Wallet of the Teacher. So if they are teaching 100 students in a session, they are credited 50 dollars for that session. 500 would be 250 dollars, and etc. The max is 500 per session. The more is needed go to a different class or teacher. It is by design.
- Students in 1 -8th grade are permitted to take up to 5 classes daily.
- Students in 9th – 12th grade are permitted to take up to 6 classes daily.
- Pay structure will be set up in the FMS vortex system. The zoom classroom fees are covered upon signing up. The training on YouTube will be given as well as instruction in the curriculum material.

Criteria and Requirements

Criteria Requirements for Online Teachers
- Need four year degree in teaching
- Experience in Teaching. College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply
- Must love to teach and have something to offer outside of the ordinary. Not looking for a just a check.
- Need to join FMS Vortex, though DTCA. This is the payment structure that is used.
- Need to create and use YouTube channel. Create a video that showcases your unique qualification and talent, also introduce yourself to the potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided.)
- Dedication and commitment is required.
